Google Workspace
Google Workspace is a suite of business applications to enable communication and collaboration in professional environments.
Historically, many Districts & Clubs have utilized various free versions of Google services, however Google's free services are intended for personal use and have feature limitations.
Google has provided Big West Rotaract with a nonprofit license that provides access to premium enterprise features, beyond what is available to free users. As part of the MDIO's commitment to support information sharing and enhance the productivity of its member districts, BWR piloted offering Google Workspace at a district level in Fall 2019 with District 5340, and began a broader rollout in 2020. As of July 2022, BWR is proud to host over 230 users from 8+ districts. Google allows for up to 2,000 users to be added to the nonprofit license.
